This system uses the SIEMENS S7-300 Series PLC and Pro-face operation system with a high precision weighting sensor. Through the PID prosessing method, this system can measure the weight of each kind of cotton in a mixed cotton. The status of the machine and data can be displayed on the human-computer interface.
